Another former customer at Ocean Sky Beads, Sammi is the newest member of OceanSky Beads. Born and raised right in Oceanside, she is a die hard fan of her hometown, and has no plan on leaving anytime soon. Always having been inspired by the art of locals at the street fairs around her, she began crafting at a very young age. She favored making jewelry, cross stitching, latch hook, and knitting. She grew up in the salon that her parents owned, and thus became very business minded. She began making and selling seed bead bracelets and necklaces to the salon's customers, and got her first taste of business at the early age of 9. Her head swirled with all the possibilities that this could bring; Little did she know just how far those hopes and dreams would take her!

Finally having found a job that lets her do what she loves almost every single day, Sammi couldn't be happier. Though she loves to create with anything she can find, her true love is the tiny little seed beads that first fueled her passion. Dubbed the "Seed Bead Queen," no project is too intricate or complicated for Sammi. The smaller the bead, the more intriguing the project. She finds great joy in creating things that most people would not even think of attempting.

Though a few of the classes that Sammi teaches are at an advanced level, she is also more than happy to teach you the basics, so that one day you too can create gorgeous, intricate pieces.
